Exchange Policy (No Refunds)
At Time Palace CO LTD, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, but please note that we do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are accepted, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange Period: You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Non-Exchangeable Products: Certain items, such as sale products, gift cards, or personalized items, are not eligible for exchange. Please consult our policy for more details.
Exchange Procedure: To request an exchange, contact our customer service at Info@timepalacemu.com , specifying your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will guide you through the process to ensure the best possible exchange experience.
Note: Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise indicated.

Damaged Luggage: Responsibility and Precaution
At Time Palace CO LTD, we strive to provide high-quality products and inform our customers about best practices for protecting their belongings, including luggage and hold accessories. However, it is important to note that:
Normal wear and tear on luggage, such as scratches, dents, and other minor marks from transport, are not covered by our warranties and do not constitute a basis for claims.
In the event of significant damage noticed after a flight, we recommend contacting the airline luggage service immediately upon arrival at the airport to file an irregularity report.
Claims Procedure and Liability Limitations
At the Airport: For luggage damaged during the trip, please visit your airline’s baggage counter to file an official claim. The agents will provide you with a reference number for follow-up.
After Leaving the Airport: If damage is noticed later, you have 7 days to contact the airline’s customers service. Please prepare the following documents:
Boarding pass or e-ticket.
Luggage tag(s).
Receipts for any incurred expenses (purchase invoice, repair estimate, etc.).
Liability Limitation: While we can assist with claim submission, we are not responsible for damages caused by airlines or customs authorities. The insurance coverage provided by most airlines is limited. For comprehensive coverage, we recommend contacting your personal insurer.
Luggage Care and Safety Tips
To avoid common issues with luggage damage, we recommend the following practices:
Label your luggage properly with your contact details, both inside and outside.
Remove old travel tags and personalize your luggage with distinctive markings to make it easier to spot.
Ensure the luggage is securely closed; if you are traveling to the United States, use TSA-approved locks to allow customs inspection without damage.
Respect weight restrictions to prevent breakage or accidental opening.
For better security of your valuable items, we advise keeping them in your carry-on.
Lost, Damaged, or Deteriorated Items: Contact and Assistance
In case of loss or damage caused by a third party, including but not limited to airlines and transportation services, our responsibility is strictly limited as set forth in these terms. We recommend:
Contacting your airline directly for any claims related to loss, theft, or deterioration of luggage.
Filing a claim with your personal insurance provider if the value of lost items exceeds the limits set by the airline.
Samsonite Warranty: Coverage and Exclusions
For Samsonite products, the warranty covers only manufacturing defects and excludes damages caused by:
Improper or non-compliant use.
Normal wear due to friction, extreme temperatures, exposure to solvents, acids, or other corrosive substances.
Conditions of Application: The warranty is only valid if repairs are carried out by an authorized Samsonite service center. Any unauthorized repair will void the warranty. To locate an authorized repair center, please visit the official Samsonite website.
